Registration Policy and Restrictions

Welcome to the 2017 Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. (TAI) Convention Registration. We are excited to have you participate in this historic event. Each convention participant must register in order to access the convention area. Early registration ends on June 15, 2017 July 24, 2017. Regular (late) registration will continue through July 31, 2017. To eliminate duplicate registrations, DO NOT mail a registration form that has been submitted online. We look forward to seeing you in Orlando, Florida!

NOTE: All attendees and/or guests must pay the convention registration or individual (ala carte) event ticket fee for access to any ticketed event they wish to attend.

Terms and Restrictions

Registration Policies:

  • Registration confirmations will be emailed following a successful online registration.
  • Mail-in registrations MUST be post-marked on or before July 15, 2017 or will be returned with no action.
  • All pre-registrations end July 31, 2017. After this date, you must register on-site.
  • Registration rates quoted are in U.S. dollars. Checks must be payable in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Only registered attendees possessing a convention badge may attend official convention business events/activities.
  • All meal events will be ticketed, with presentation of appropriate ticket required for entry. Late ticket sales may be restricted by facility limitations and /or time requirements. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis within these guidelines.
  • Lost badge fee is $25.
  • Return-check fee is $50. NO Exceptions.

Cancellation Policies:

  • All requests for refunds must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Cancellations postmarked on or before May 15, 2017 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations postmarked between May 16 - July 31, 2017 will be eligible for a 50% refund, less a $50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations/refunds will NOT be made for requests postmarked after July 31, 2017. No Exceptions.
  • Refunds will be processed/issued four to six weeks after the convention in the form of a TAI check. Chargeback to registrant debit/credit card is NOT available due to implemented PCI DSS procedures.
